Everyone was so nice & professional! I worked with Monica & she made sure my embroidery was perfect & that I’d have my product ON TIME. I did get worried towards the end because technically the policy states even if you pay for rush shipping your order is not guaranteed until after you approve it, and of course I wanted to make a change! So I called the office and the nicest man helped me! He told me it would still be done as projected because “Monica has you taken care of”! So kind, professional, efficient, and I obviously loved my product! Definitely would recommend & use them again in the future!!
Great service. I had an order that had to be completed in 3 days for a work conference. Appointment was easy and quick. The order was completed in 1 day because ZC was very understanding of my situation. Received the completed product I had a shirt embroidered, and it was perfect. Definitely would recommend!

I had a jacket that I needed embroidered last minute. they came through in the clutch. The owner sat with me to pick the right font to match jacket. I had to wait for about 45mins but was able to walk out same day with the jacket. I did make an appointment first though but they were very professional and accommodating. Will Definitely recommend this business because I will be back. Thank you
Zeus is the best! Love their business model: make an apt online - no waiting! This also allowed them to devote as much time and attention to my project as I needed. Very knowledgeable about what they can do & even made helpful suggestions. Absolutely GREAT communication every step of the way. They were spot on with timelines for “proof” as well as finished product. They met or exceeded my expectation in every way.
We worked with Zeus' Closet to have Juneteenth shirts made for the Black Erg at my job. The customer service was excellent everyone we spoke with was so professional and patient. Let me just say this! I was online looking for a customized store that designed shirts and I booked an appointment. I met with Ethan who was super nice and professional. I explained to him what I needed and he made sure the company got it done to my liking. I also expressed concerns on how I needed the shirts by a specific date and he assured me the shirts will be back in time.
