Awesome spot, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Liked the fact that they let you look around the store without hovering over you, and when a question would come up they definitely they were there too help. The only draw back is the parking. Their ain't enough parking, it took a good 10 min just to find an "open" spot as everything around there was "reserved" for other businesses.

So glad they are on the West Side. Good availability and the main man is pretty friendly as far as our crowd goes.

It's nice being able to get interact with real people in a real store front. Not to mention FIRST CLASS customer support. Everybody involved at both locations, have always been, polite,professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! Plus, I like to keep my money local. Don't know anybody in Ohio!

The staff member did not acknowledge me on entering the store. He was on phone, but merely glanced at me and put his gaze elsewhere. I waited patiently while looking around store for parts I needed. I did not locate item so I returned to front desk and waited for him to finish. Once he did acknowledge me, he was not polite and somewhat condescending. He said he had never even heard of what I asked for, shock extension bracket. Granted the store is geared for a different type of parts, he didn't have to be so rude.

Extremely knowledgeable employees who seem to always go the extra mile to ensure you get the items needed or questions answered. Great customer experience every time.
