I went into the store desperately Looking for an outfit to wear for Ebony Fit Weekend’s mixer and was having her hardest time. I was greeted upon entering which makes me as a customer happy to know that my presence is being acknowledged. I walked up to London and asked for her opinion and she sprung into action assisting me! London went around the entire store and pulled available options in my size and meeting the dress code I was looking to adhere to. London brought everything to me and explained why she chose select items and pairing ideas! She was phenomenal! She made my shopping experience 1000 time more pleasurable and help to ease my anxiety surrounding tonight’s event! Thank you so much London for your grace and amazing customer service skills!!! You rock

I had the best experience at Windsor Galeria store 098 yesterday. Manager Dejanae Mayo was so helpful and sweet. I needed to find a dress last minute for a wedding and she got me together. Mind you I use to work as a store manager for this company so I was highly impressed. Thank you Dejanae for y’all your help.

This place is labeled as a transgender safe-space, and that was absolutely true! I passed by and saw a dress that caught my eye, and the co-managers came right on over to help me find it and answer all of my questions! Thelia co-manager was immediately able to size me correctly, and asked who it was for; and when I told her it was for me because I'm transitioning I'm transfemme, her smile got bigger and her eyes lit up, and she told me that I could show her what I look like in the dress and we could pick out more if I would like to! Thelia made my surprise trip an absolutely perfect experience shopping for a dress, and couldn't have been more supportive! She treated me just like any other client, and it was nice to have that kind of treatment in a public store again! This place rocks, and I'm coming back for more clothes and her opinions on them as soon as I can! Thank you, Thelia for making my day, and for providing a safe space for transgender people to buy clothing! ‍

Great brand! Brianna helped me in getting my perfect show size and also she gave the offer details and it really helped to purchase more shoes.
