Whatever Shop

I purchased a "canna🌱fresh" glass jar that was sold to me as air tight and would not allow odors to escape. The jar DID NOT do this. I attempted to return the jar and was told by Alex, who identified himself as the owner, that he accepted no returns. HE AT NO POINT OFFERED ME A STORE CREDIT. His reason was his customers buy stuff, use it for what they need, and then return it. Great clientele. I was sold something that was misrepresented by the salesperson and that is not honest reputable business. The least "Alex" could have done was offer me a store credit, not literally tell me to "get out". It is a shame that a nice city like Memphis has to put up with this mentality retail ownership.

It a awesome shop! We been going there since the 1990s and it has only gotten nicer! They are very knowledgeable about what their selling and the quality of it! Keep it up!

I gave this place three stars ONLY because of the art workof the pipes was amazing and the gentleman was nice! However, the woman was EXTREMELY rude and spoke to me as if i was dumb! Those are tobacco pipes? YEAH RIGHT oooook! I LOVE THE OLD GUY THAT OWNS THOSE STORES BUT HE SHOULD FIND A NICER PERSON THAT HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Great selection of products and accessories, especially the water pipes. Super friendly, awesome and helpful staff. And prices are competitive with other, similar, stores.

Always a clean, Fun, and friendly place. Hunter was a great salesman and also very helpful and informative. I'd ask for his help.
