We came in looking for a ukulele and left with a guitar. Paul’s honesty, passion and amazingly fair prices made his instrument shop our favorite in town. But in all honesty, it was his dog Dolly that made the sale.

Best place in the bywater. Go see this guy if you need any guitar help. I have traveled across the country to have him fix my guitars.

Webb's did an excellent bass repair at an extremely fair price. Couldn't be happier with the results and the customer service!

Paul is very knowledgeable and provides great service . He did great work and charged very reasonable fees. He also a really nice. I will come back again.

Always helpful and always has a great attitude,  not something you can count on from the big box stores.

Closed on Tuesdays but stated open on website and sign. Next door neighbor had to inform us when they were open.  Cool looking place but frustrating to not know when they're open, especially because we're from out of town, 3 hours away.

Paul has great customer service and always takes care of his regular customer. I purposely ride my bike across town just to use his store.
