This is a nice old style Walgreens on South Wayside at Harrisburg Boulevard. The store is clean and well-lighted with good merchandise presentation. Store associate are friendly and helpful.

This morning I noticed my inhaler only had 4 to 6 pumps left. I panicked of course because I only had 15 minutes had to leave to work and called Walgreens spoke to Areli , And she was so helpful she brought calmness to me and I just want to say thank you for your professionalism and your help. Because of Areli’s help I was able to pick up my medicine within 15 minutes. I just wanted to let her know that I appreciate her professionalism and your understanding, Walgreens give her a raise. She understood my concern and was compassionate for me I appreciate her so much.

The cashier was not helpful in terms of getting cash or suggestions did not seem knowledgeable of job. This store charges $4 for a pack of game rillos, everywhere else is $1.50 max overpriced in comparison to other Walgreens

Poor management. I bought a pair of sunglasses & tried returning them less than 24 hours after purchase with original receipt. The cashier said they could not return it. They did not follow company policy. I was a regular customer & will not be returning. Go to CVS on Harrisburg & Lockwood instead.

Worst pharmacy next to CVS on Telephone and Lawndale. I don't know if it is the neighborhood but you don't treat your people right. Long slow lines. Inexperienced pharmacist and cashier's. I took prescriptions twice to you and not only did you not fill them, or took days to fill, your pharmacist got into an argument with the oncologist. I took those prescription to another Walgreens and they filled them. Empathy and professionalism must be taught to the employees of this store for the people who come to you because you are the closest. No other reason. Very disappointed in your service.

Good customer service but terrible photo services, this was the third walgreens I went to that their camera didnt work or in this case they didnt charge it

I have been going to this Walgreens for many years now and have always been greeted with kindness and very helpful staff. The pharmacy staff is AMAZING and very punctual with filling my medications. The pharmacist Kelly has always been courtious and explains any concerns I have with my prescriptions. Overall I highly recommend this Walgreens location.

Too slow. Car waiting time almost 20 minutes. Inside - 1 person working 6 people in line. Almost 18 minutes. Please hire more people. Need to probably pay them a decent salary to get more. You get what you pay for!!

I was discriminated at the pharmacy, a guy named eddy at the pharmacy accused me of false accusation of taking meds I never got prescribed. He claimed that he couldn’t fill my prescription due to good faith. This employee didn’t want to fill my prescription due to my appearance. The manager also didn’t handle the situation. They accused me of taking medication I never got a prescription too. Eddy did not want to do his job that day and made me leave the pharmacy without my medication. I hope Walgreens does a better job training these individuals. He claimed that he wasn’t going to fill it when I asked to see the record of my prescription he ignored me, also the manager told me to call the 1-800 number. He didn’t even try to investigate the situation. Manager named Carlos. I will never go to this location again.
