One of the best places I have been to shop for vegans. Awesome products you will not find in many other stores. The only thing that caught my attention was the attendant was not a vegan , but that is up to who they want to hire.

Made a bad review originally based on a small problem, needless to say I am doing this new review for a reason! The owner hisself contacted me to apologize and assured me that things are not handled that way at brainnerd and that the proper handling of the situation was already taken care of. Just want to say that they do monitor things to make sure it is handled appropriately and if it is not they will instantly respond to apologize and assure you things are being dealt with. After this I can only say I have some mad respect for the brainnerd team and that they are very respectful and professional 3 thumbs up if I had a extra to give you! Thanks guys you have showed me you truely care about your customers and not just what they can do for them. Brainnerd=family/respect!!!
