Village Pub and Beer Garden

Went here to meet up with a colleague. The atmosphere is awesome. I went in and sat down at the bar. The bartender was quick to get a water, ask how I was doing FIRST and then ask if I wanted a drink or food. Being that this is on the east side of Nashville and off the beaten path I was surprised it was packed. The vibe was great but the lack of TVs for a game night was a bummer. There was only one behind the bar so don't come here expecting to watch the game if you don't get a good seat at the bar at least. Overall I would still give them five stars as the food was good, the beer was crisp and the atmosphere was chill.

You have to try the English Ass drink, it comes in a silver mug, and it's delish. Also, the server we had was fantastic! Great conversation, was always there when we needed her. Didn't get to try the food, but it looked great!

Love the happy hour and the outdoor seating in the warmer months. The beer cheese pretzel is a pretty tasty snack. The servers are always nice, but the owner seems a bit rude and unapologetic. On several occasions the waitress has had to come and apologize for his behavior. I’ll still be back since I live around the corner, simply disappointed by him not being more neighborly.

Great pretzel sandwiches! I reccommend the BBQ one with potato salad on the side.

Friendly Service, good beer selection. They'll show the Preds games when they're on, but they don't have tons of, or huge TVs like some bars.
