Utah Behavior Services

My two sons have been receiving services here for over two years. We go to the Lehi center most of the time and Taylorsville for meds. They facilitate the boys’ home sessions, social skills groups, we use them for med management and they provide day treatment for my younger son on days when he doesn’t have school. The staff feel like family and they are invested in the boys’ quality of life, happiness and ability to function in society. They adore my kids and my kids are excited to go and see both peers and staff and have fun. We have seen huge improvements in aggressions and have watched as they have become more acclimated to social situations. They have taught my boys vital information they would need in case they were ever lost, they work on self help skills like dressing themselves, making purchases in the community, sharing etc. and the whole time also helping to improve and modify behavior. My boys apologize and acknowledge when they have made poor choices. Our case manager suggested a family safety course for me and my husband, as my boys are getting older. We attended it at the facility and it was amazing. We will soon be starting with a parent support group they provide. What a blessing for a family dealing with so much! They also service teens and higher functioning kiddos and they offer other services too, but that’s what we have done with them.

I love working for Utah Behavior Services! This company sticks together and cares about the success of each of our clients! I work in the billing department and although this job is demanding at times the rewards are much greater!! Seeing the kiddos that we work with grow and improve is what we strive to stand for! I would recommend this company to anyone, anytime. 🤗

I love this company. They truly care about not only the kids, but the families as well. It's amazing to see the progress of each individual. They like to celebrate even the smallest of progress. They do a lot of fun activities and the staff are extremely creative.

I have worked for this company for over a year and I have enjoyed every minute of it! I see first hand what they are truly about every single day. Their passion lies with the kids and their families and strive to continually provide the best services. They are always growing and changing to adapt to the needs of the clients, families, and especially the employees! I have learned far more here than any other typical job!

I love this company! They truly care about the kids, families, as well as the employees. I have seen the impact this company's services have had on every individual. I love how the employees and families come together to provide the best possible services to the kiddos.
