Just a little window, not full service. Usually you have to wait a bit after ringing the bell and the employees at this location aren't specifically welcoming.

I called here this morning to request possibly pulling a package that I needed ASAP for my Grandma's 95th birthday.  They said they get so many requests for this daily that they can't always accommodate.  However they retrieved it, pulled it out of the mail, and allowed me to come pick it up.  It's the little things, but MADE MY DAY!  Thank you for the great customer service!
