Ridiculous and obnoxious people there! (I suspect their 5 star reviews were written by themselves.) They are all about holding your car as long as they can to get more storage money.  They will tow your car to the furthest away lot that they have to get more money in distance.  Want to pick your car up--NOPE--you didn't give them an hour notice, SORRY!  Crooks trying to bleed people and insurance companies.  I find them reprehensible.  Would NEVER deal with these people.  BEWARE!

My car broke down at a bad part of 270 on a Sunday morning. The driver arrived quickly and had my car off the shoulder in minutes. He towed my car to where I needed to go for a great rate. He was very friendly and profession the entire time. I would recommend United Towing to anyone in the area.

Brian was extremely helpful and quickly responded when others wouldn't. If it wasn't for him I'd still be on the side of the road! He also had a great food recommendation at a local hotel that I was staying at until my Jeep could be fixed.

Brian and Karen were extremely courteous and helped me and my fiancé get off the highway safely and helped us out any way they could!!
