Last few checks I had sent through the mail never seems to make it to the business I am sending it to. Living in the downtown and midtown area has poor service. I was told years ago that I had to talk to the mail person so it goes to my address and not my neighbors. Unprofessional, never had an issue with mail when living in west Omaha. What happens to those checks? They never get cashed, just not delivered. Also my mail looked like it had been opened. My neighbor told me his friend sent him a package and stated it had been sent but he didn't receive it. Is someone at the post office dumping our mail in the trash or what?

Mailed birthday card and a check and neither one was found, went against my better judgement to mail it there only use the downtown.

Horrible place to send packages. Clerk #10 was rude and now i have a lost package and no one can tell me anything yet i have a receipt!
