I had my neighbor from down the street bring my package which was delivered to them by accident..there are two townhouse complexes on the same block with different address on the building and the package contained an expensive gift for my daughter birthday. Im.lucky my neighbor was honest enough to return it to me. Drivers have to be careful of such mistakes...THANK U NEIGHBOR

This place was actually open until the time that's posted, so that was a plus. The man at the counter noticed I was just waiting in line to drop off a package so he called me up right away. Only took about 5 minutes to get in an get out. No complaints .

The worst place .bad customer service.i dont know if they have manager there but i have a big complain the lady cindy she is so rude rude i I asked wich is the better way to send my package.and she said i dont know.and i asked. Another question and she said the same .like screaming.and she told me move away .when you finish came back.so when i finish to write my money order i did line again.i was so mad.anfortunely.she said next.and i didnt went with her.i was the only one in line and she screaming me if you not ready get out .you can't not be here inside doing line.and i ignore her .and another person the name vic call me .and i went to with him he is so different.he is doing good .and friendly....but that lady cindy she is getting pay for nothing she is so rude she need to stay in home.if she dont want to work omgosh.she is tertible i hope the manager put attention on her she is mean .Rude sour .what kind the person is working there.rude 100%

I got hold mail notice on 3/2/18 Friday so I go pick up mail on 3/5/18 Monday . They told me mail was return to sender already! Unbelievable efficiency !
