This appreciation review is long overdue! I love this location! Seriously every single time I go in the staff is super nice, they know what they're doing, and they're fast! Most of the time i can't make it until after work at 5:30 and unlike many places they have never made me feel like I was nuisance even though they close in 30 minutes. Thank you!

It's the post office. They do their jobs here, and quite well. I've never experienced any issues here, I just keep it mind they are busy and I'll be there a while if they are. Don't post complaining about how you called 150 times and they didn't answer, perhaps just go wait in line and talk to someone there? It's a busy place and if I had 20 people in front of me, I wouldn't answer the phone either because you wouldn't be happy with the hold time. Also maybe don't complain that it takes 3 days to get a parcel delivered when it's only a 9 hour drive. 3 days is a pretty standard delivery time. Want it there faster? Deliver it yourself. Please remember that actual human beings work here; they have actual lives, with actual problems of their own. They don't need you going in there and being rude to them because it's busy and your lunch break was "ruined".

Very friendly and efficient staff. Yeah, sometimes they get busy and you have to patiently wait in line for a little bit, or maybe they don't have time to answer the phone. It's the damn post office. It's a hectic place. Maybe if they wouldn't cut it's funding they would have more employees and it would run smoother, so blame your Government and not the hard-working staff. Chill out and count your blessings and remember that the world doesn't revolve around you and your mail.

Very disgusted with response and help from the BoysTown post office. Condescending and rude and absolutely no help.

They don't answer when you call. Phone rings, then picks up and then disconnects. Postal workers don't always deliver packages or they will leave them in a place to get stolen. Just moved to this neighborhood and this is definitely the worst local USPS branch I have ever experienced.
