we live at the Lux 96 apartments and for some reason we can not get our packages delivered. we get text from post office saying not deliverable at like 10:30 am and then at 2pm we see mail truck in lot. our apt manager has made several attempts to fix this problem and the post office refuses to want the help. we order things on line for connivance and not have to go to post office everyday. again today at 1pm i got a text saying could not   deliver package and i called and our manager is in office. not sure where to take this next

Always friendly and knowledgeable.  Send packages off from there often without a hitch. Sometimes it is busy but you don't stand in line too long before it moves. Not bad for GOV. Office.

Always deliver my mail and other items to different addresses around my area.

I have lived in several cities in this country both big and small and I have to say that I love the city of Papillion but this is the "worst" postal service I have ever received.  My mail carrier is an extremely nice person but mail is constantly delivered to the wrong boxes, they never come to the door with certified mail or anything (just leave notices to go get it at the post office) and I could go on.  We are now on our 3rd or 4th carrier since I moved here quite some time ago.  Something needs to seriously be done.
