The manager (I believe), Tim was extremely helpful and friendly. Got in and out quickly twice today. Definitely appreciate the folks at the desk, as well as my neighborhood delivery people!

The post office, in all of it's infinite wisdom, transferred a package for delivery to the wrong branch. There it sat for three days before that branch sent it back to the distribution/sorting center. From there it became lost. I finally called my branch (Millard) and got a hold of Dave. Dave immediately took interest and said he would start probing and get a trouble shooting department within the post office involved and get back to me with an update. I thought for sure that would be the end of the story along with my package but low and behold two days later there was Dave on the phone saying that they had my package and it would be delivered the same day. That is the happy ending to this story and I must say that had it not been for Dave's professionalism and follow through that package could still be floating around somewhere deep within the bowels of the post office distribution/sorting center. Thanks Dave for a job well done. I really appreciate it!

The experience given to me today as a consumer was detestable! I went into Millard Highlands to do a change of address and purchase a po box. I did not go into Millard Highlands post office to be humilated, given poor service, and treated less than human! Consumers of Caucasian race greeted politely, respected, and given outstanding customer service and then my service was more of an interrogation and insults! I have lived within the Millard area for 10 years, my kids graduated from Millard high school, I pay taxes, and work hard for everything that I have! Millard Highland employees you are there to do a job not judge by appearances, whatever your discriminatory practices are outside of the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, please leave them outside to treat EVERY CONSUMER who walks into the post office with RESPECT, COURTEOUS SERVICE, AND DO THE JOB REQUIRED! Thank you for taking time out to read my post.

Had a pkg. Delivered to me, the mailman didnt even knock on door, just put slip in the mailbox! This has happened several times!! Now I have to pick up. Not very happy!!
