I have a business that relies on me shipping packages out on time and for a price I can rely on every time. Get this: it was a bag of pet food that already had the weight LISTED ON THE BAG. So they didn't truly need to weigh it but they did anyway and the employee said it weighed more than what was on the package. I said maybe your scale is off or you need to shift it a little so it's accurate. The employee would not budge. I said send it with the weight listed on the bag and if it comes back then it will be my fault, but I really need to get this package out and on the road. No. Wouldn't do it. So I said fine whatever, put the higher weight on it. Well then this person says they don't even have the correct box to ship it out in so they had to go the next size up. This all cost me an extra ELEVEN DOLLARS. If you don't have the advertised boxes available, you need to provide some sort of refund if a larger box is needed. This is not how you run a business, USPS. You should be ashamed. This is one of your main functions: providing boxes, weighing things, and shipping things out. That's it. And you can't even get that much right. No wonder no one likes USPS.

Been waiting on a very expensive package to be delivered waited in my living room with my blinds open all say since its too big to fit in the mail box, never got delivered. So I called the next day, today to see what was up and they said they didn't have a key there's only one key yet for some stupid unfathomable reason they have several people on the same route. My entire area is surrounded by apartments with locked entry ways. So i guess we all just pay for shipping for a certain day so they can say well the carrier didn't have a key so you can either waste yoy r gas to pick it up or wait several more days for it to be delivered to you. MAYBE. Then the guy I was talking to started getting loud and short with me. Like are you honestly that stupid you can't grasp how angry I have EVERY right to be ? I wasted my whole day waiting for this package and now it's not going to even be attempted for a re-delivery until 2 days after the fact. I did not cuss I did not yell, I was a bit louder than normal as any angry customer would be. Try harder to make your customers feel understood. I remember saying "well In all the time that I have lived here I have never had a problem like this I've always lived in apartments they've always had a key to deliver it to me" where he came back with "Well I just explained it to you so" Not to mention I had to re read my tracking number to him over 3 times you would think after the first time you'd read it back to me instead of wasting more time. I've gone through this location since the day I moved to Omaha Nebraska 9 years ago. And I can say that this one experience has defidnitly ruined my whole relationship with this establishment.

I had a wine box and didn't realize I couldn't ship in a liquor box. They took the time to cover the entire box with white stick on labels so I wouldn't have to leave and come back. Super friendly and helpful.

The carrier STOLE my EXPENSIVE package and he said he put it by the door. The people who work there are always unhappy and seem to be forced to work. The supervisor, Jeremy, was very rude when I talked to him on the phone. Worst USPS experience ever was at this post office.

Bad experience. The supervisor was very rude when I asked about my lost package. He told me the people at my apartment office stole my package, while I'm 100% sure the carrier did. How could the post office hire dishonest people? My advice is for everyone to watch out from those dishonest carriers.
