TNT is amazing. The flexible dieting and personal nutrition coaching has been a game changer! I am extremely happy with my results thus far and plan to continue flexible dieting for life. The coaches have so much knowledge, encouragement, and genuine respect for the process of losing weight, gaining muscle, and increasing performance. Tyler has been my coach since 2014 and with his help, I’ve achieved more and improved my physique to a place I never thought possible. He is as conscientious, caring and trustworthy a coach and businessman that any one could hope for. He’s the best in the business. :)

TNT Coach David Harvey Davis is my coach and let me tell you. Five star, you name it... Training, nutrition, etc. He knows it all. He is my coach now, matter of fact coach Harvey preparing me for an early 2017 natural bb show, been training with him since august- September 2015 .... Roughly 5-6 months into it I have put about 12 pounds of mass .
... My strength in bench squats and deadlifts have skyrocketed because of him. Proper form, technique. Definitely one of the best trainers, friend, teacher and coach ever. Definitely check out the TNT.

I've been training for my first powerlifting meet through the coaching of David, one of the trainers at team Tnt fitness. He has been so helpful throughout this experience. Not only is he a very involved coach who will answer any or all questions or concerns you may have, but he is able to explain each phase of my training so that I can understand what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. His passion for fitness and his passion for wanting to help people truly shows during every conversation with him. He's a great guy, and a fantastic coach and 10/10 I would recommend him to anyone!
