I love Trumpet! My little one has improved so much in the last couple of months! I feel the goals they set are perfect for where she is at, and they are very transparent on what they are working on each day. They are also flexible with my schedule, and what they feel works best for my daughter. They have parent training, which helps to ensure my daughter is getting consistency at home and during therapy! I’m learning about ABA and their strategies and reasoning as to why we do things a certain way! We have a great team of support and couldn’t imagine where we’d be without them! Fantastic communication! If I have a question, I can call, text, email! If you like options this is the place for you and your family!

We brought our son Ben here in 2020-2021, we had an awesome experience with therapists, the admin, and the BCBA’s. They worked with our school schedule, and navigated the pandemic very well! Trying to get therapy for any special needs child is difficult anywhere you go, but I felt like Trumpet worked to make it work for us!

My daughter is 7 years old with down syndrome, she absolutely loves going to Trumpet! She is learning so much, every staff member on the team has been amazing with my daughter. I feel safe leaving my child in their care and she comes home happy. I highly recommend this clinic, lots of love here!

My son transitioned here during COVID bc his other bcba wouldn’t transition him into kindergarten. The team here was wonderful. They always communicated with me and collaborated. I’m proud to say my little guy graduated from aba with the help of my team here and is fully transitioned into mainstream school. Thank you. We miss you and will always be Grateful!

Absolutely horrid. We had ONE truly amazing therapist for 6 months and unfortunately he moved an hour away so we lost him. We have one current great therapist after several months overturn, but EVERYONE ….. EVERYONE else like several therapists we have been assigned are not properly trained, have no real experience with children with delays or children in general, have NO motivation to get to know your child and actually play with them. The office is good about communicating and calling back etc, but that’s not why I need ABA therapy. I need ABA therapy for the therapists to be great and they’re not here . Not to mention, after losing 2 therapists back to back, we went 8 WEEKS without ANY therapy support here before they could find replacements. 8 weeks! Then they seemed to have hired literally anyone considering the therapists overturn we kept experiencing .

Had such an amazing time here participating in all of the highly engaging and well planned events for families. From Trunk or Treats to Water parties they do a great job of creating and fostering a sense of community. Thank you Trumpet!!

Our first 2 years here were amazing. Open communication, highly professional and my kid loved going. The BCBA's have been great, but they are overworked and understaffed. After Covid it seems to have all gone downhill. I feel horrible for recommended this place to a good friend, because they are also having issues. Very poor communication or no communication at all. We've shown up to the clinic and they didn't have an RBT to take my son many times. Also no one showed up at our home for therapy and we didn't have a call or any other communication. You can't get ahold of anyone when you call. I would hate to think what would happen if you needed to get ahold of someone in case of an emergency. There has been little to no continuity with RBT's due to high turnover. I'm so disappointed to write this review as I was always singing their praises.

Literally, go anywhere else, TBH is an abomination. 10 months of Rollercoaster issues that left us incredibly frustrated and sadden that such an important therapy can be implemented so lackadaisically. My family went through 9 therapists in 10 months and multiple clinicians. One therapist, I had to ask to leave my house after repeatedly physically restraining my child. They have an extremely high turn over rate, with poorly trained therapists who are pushed to start with no oversight or guidance. I finally gave up and canceled all services after months of trying to advocate for my child and fix on going issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We have loved Trumpet, and the progress our little guy has made. They have been really accommodating with our schedule needs. The therapists have been great.

Lots of good, friendly people that work here and Amanda is wonderful. Definitely saw results from ABA therapy there. Highly recommended.
