Transportation and Ticket Center

It's amazing to see the size of the parking lot here. Row after row of cars father than the eye can see. They've got moving people around down to a science at Disney, and the TTC really shows it. The lineups for security moved very quickly and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Can I be honest? I don't really like this Transportation center. From what I read, I understand that Walt Disney wanted you to have the "experience" of leaving the real world and being transported to the park. Let's be real, some of us (or our significant others) don't get to escape that real world with cell phones and work emergencies. The annoying thing is that you have to park here and take a monorail or boat to get to the Magic Kingdom. This experience just adds an extra 10-15 minutes on to my morning, it's inconvenient. First you need to park, then possibly take a tram to the TTC. We usually arrive pretty early in the morning, so we walk to it, but still it takes time. Once you arrive at the TTC you have the bag check lines and metal detectors. Don't get me wrong, I am all about security in these crazy times that we live in. Then you wait in a giant crowd to board the boat or you can board the monorail (if it's open that early). Then it's time for more lines to get into the park with your wrist band or pass. I find it so much easier to go to Animal Kingdom, Epcot or Hollywood Studios in the early morning. You park, walk in (or take the tram), do bag check and scan your pass. Like I said, the TTC just adds more time into your day.

Waited 40 minutes for transportation from Disney springs to boardwalk hotel. During that time we noticed 4 buses for port orleans, and 2 for key west. Poor service...

Bus 3702 from Lake Buenavista Palace to Animal Kingdom 20 min late. One of our party had walked away from stop due to bus being late. When bus finally arrived i asked for driver to wait 1 min for our party member to come back. Driver barked back that he doesn’t wait. I pointed out he was 20 min late he stated it doesn’t matter. Then he threatened to throw us off the bus and that he wasn’t taking us anywhere. Without a doubt the most unprofessional rudest person I have ever encountered at Disney. Should not be allowed to interact with the public. Terrible reflection on Disney transportation and the organization as a whole.

Security Management is HORRIBLE here!! Security officers do their jobs well and get treated like garbage by management. Guests think bag check here is a waste of time. Guess they don't want to be safe in the parks while spending their thousands of dollars. The ones that don't speak ENGLISH are the WORST because they don't believe in security measures. Don't like the security details? STAY HOME!
