5/18/18 -- I'm writing again, after having another call with Emily. It's hard to say just how much I enjoy working with her and trust her to manage my whole online presence. My website has become a major component of my business identity and business development effort, and her depth of knowledge and skill are just indispensable. It is an absolute delight to work with her. Brittany and Emily respond not only quickly, but cheerfully. In this instance appropriate responsibility was taken for an error on their end, which only makes me trust and respect them more. That's good customer service and mature client interaction.

Ryan has been very helpful in improving my web site. He is very responsive to my requirements and is always suggesting better ways to do things. His excellent service is the only reason I am still a customer as I was contemplating going to another vendor who offered a cheaper monthly rate. It's worth staying with Ryan optimizing my web site.

The site looks good, the people have been nice to work with. However it has taken a long time to get the site where we wanted it and it takes days or weeks to get changes made when necessary. Not convenient when trying to run a business.

Aerial Miller at Town square interactive is doing an excellent job at listening to my goals and responding in an effective and reflective way. My website is taking on the look and feel that I want. The content has evolved to communicate to our audience how important trees are to our planet, to me and how we will care for them using best practices. So far so good. I'm looking forward to the finished product.
