*thank You Shain* Great prices and the occasional deal on new products or coupons. I have found that my cigs are in fact cheaper here!! I gotta say that they do care about there store and shain is great. So awesome. I had a problem but he was concerned and that made all the difference in the world.

Great place cheapest I've seen in Memphis and beyond I will go out of my way to buy my tobacco products from tobacco superstore! I have purchase from them countless times and service was always great.

I have been a customer of this place for several years now.Like many places in Memphis ,they do occasionally hire an idiot or two but they usually don't last long(percentage wise ,lower then the local average for hiring idiots by far).Mike and Shane are 2 excellent employees with a broad knowledge of the products they sell and a positive attitude as well.They provide top quality customer service skills and with employees like this running the place,I can foresee this business doing well for many years to come.
