Have you ever tried calling their office and no on answers? Yep that's the norm. Most times I call and no one answers, not even a receptionist. The times I do get through, you are transferred to a person and then get their voice mail; which tells you for faster service, Email. When you do that, it takes 2-3 days to get a response!?? Either some property managers are grossly incompetent, stretched/overworked, or this company isn't that great. Since you can't get anyone on the phone, I'm going with the ladder. In the end they are a customer service business, and they don't do a great job at that! They certainly don't live up to their promises they speak of while you're on hold, listening to their voice talent.

Our HOA has had great experience with Tidewater. Easy to work with, very responsive, and they go out of their way to be helpful. Their staff is courteous and friendly, their rates are reasonable, and they have a great network of contractors.

I am with pikesville tree service I have delt with many Property management companies tidewater property management is by far one of the most caring sensitive And goes well beyond would you expect in a management company. Matt will meet me anytime of day just to get the job done faster I have had numerous clients of his come to me and tell me they love him and they were so glade they change to tidewater. I do not really do reviews but felt that I should say something because tidewater really has gone the extra mile with our dealing but it was shocking to here so many clients talk about them most of the time we here well they will not approve this or that and home they hate the property Management companies I have done over 7 properties for them not once ever heard any complaints just raving reviews on how everybody likes tidewater management company.

Working with Tidewater Property Management has been mutually beneficial for years. Matthew Merckel along with other professional and knowledgeable staff members provides me genuine customer service and care. Tidewater Property Management has become a key component of my division's year to year success and I'd recommend them as a preferred property management company to any organization needing their services.

I’ve been working with Tidewater Property Management both as a homeowner and as a board member interviewing new property management companies. I’ve been so impressed by all my experiences at Tidewater. The property managers, the accounting department, and the managers in general are efficient and easy to work with.
