Terrible experience.. even though they seemed to offer the more affordable price, this company will charge you $31 for a $10 toll. So ridiculous. With all the added fees it turns out to not be cheap. They don't offer a seamless drop of. Definitely will use Hertz who offers more transparency.

Amazing customer service at this location! Dan and Johnny couldn't have been more helpful with my return. If you're looking for a rental car in NYC I highly recommend this thrifty location. Thank you again guys!

Friendly service! However it took around 40 min to get the car. We were the only clients at 7 am on a Saturday. So just be patient!

Counter service from Johnathan was great.  But then it took 2 hours to get the car.  Many other people waited as long as I did or longer for cars as well.  I do not recommend this location to anyone.

worst car rental. Dont even bother.

I waited on a slow moving line for an hour to get my car. Otherwise everything was fine...

It takes half an hour for the car. Just 2 people waiting for an hour
