It's clear they take watch repair seriously, as they gladly explained other aspects of watch operation and repair.  They're also inexpensive $10 for battery replacement. Thanks

This is my "go to" watch place for repairs, adjustments and purchases.  I will reiterate from previous reviews that the service is fast and professional but will also add that they are true craftsman.  I watch in awe as they go to work on my items efficiently and with no hesitation.
Highly recommended!!!
