The Little Bird

I don't know why this place gets bad reviews. We arrived and we were greeted by three girls, they informed us how the store was set-up and left me alone. Subsequently I ended up purchasing items from them. This store is small, but the items are in mint condition. This was a score of a place to find.

The pieces here are beautiful. It does not feel like you are buying used pieces. Most items are great quality. The prices are a bit higher than another consignment shop I frequent. That being said the ladies who work here are not the friendliest. They give you a look over when you enter was wearing workout gear and when asked if there was a restroom she replied with an unpleasant face saying she doesn't let people in the back room. I completely understand but it would have been fine to just say unfortunately no without the unpleasant face. I still favor couture blowout the owner is so much nicer. The pieces here are nicer and layout is better but the girls who work here just make the shopping experience less than desired.

Love this store! The staff is so helpful in choosing just the right things that make a complete outfit that compliments your style and figure! They have wonderful accessories- especially the jewelry items. I can always find something for a gift and usually pick up something for me before I leave too!

Adorable, over priced high end designer goods!

I came in to look around and also ask about consigning one of my personal items. The staff was extremely snobby and did not bother to even say a word to me or respond to my ‘hello’. She just came towards me with sanitizer while talking to another customer and just grabbed my consignment out my hand without asking for my permission or even learning whether or not I came to show her what I brought in the first place. I could definitely sense judgement, as after taking a look at my consignment she did not even allow me the chance to look around the store and cut off from the conversation. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Little Bird is a consignment boutique with unique items, great selections with beautiful merchandise, something for everyone with fabulous stuff and great quality at great price. The shopping experience is relaxing and the customer service is amazing, knowledgeable, charming and extremely helpful You always find something beautiful there, the quality and unique design of the pieces are definitely worth the price! The store has a real unpleasant smell and the customer service is the worst. I live close to the store and was very surprised When I walked in for the first time this week. They keep the doors locked, so you are supposed to know to ring the bell and wait... ???? They open the door as if to ask what you are doing there? Instead of greeting or welcoming you. The two women there were cold and not helpful at all. They seemed not to care that I was there. I’m used to walk in stores in my area and be treated very differently; specially when you have money to spend. I got out of this smelly and unfriendly store as soon as I could. Items looked very used up and not in a condition you would expect for the price. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The Asian lady helping me earlier was so friendly and helpful!! She took the care to help me look for a special piece, and though I didn’t end up buying this time I will be back. Beautiful shop and wonderful customer service!

I love going to visit this shop! Tons of eye candy to browse through and zero pressure. : I always feel comfortable and know that any time I want to look for high end under retail, I can find what I'm looking for here.
