The one star is because you have to leave them at least one star. I called to make an appointment to get my extensions trimmed and blended in with my hair (I was fine if that meant cutting some of my own hair to blend). I was told that they do not cut extensions in a weft because "some people have been unhappy and once they cut it they can't put it back." This is absurd! I understand once you cut it you can't put it back that's just like my own hair, if you cut it you can't put it back. So I asked do you cut hair at all? The response was yes natural hair and hair bought from them. Samantha, the lady who told me she's the owner is extremely unprofessional.

I hate giving bad reviews to small businesses but this place deserves to go if my experience was not an extreme outlier. Worst haircut of my life. Arleen would not blend my hair despite me asking her clearly repeatedly. I told her I wasn't happy with the way the side met the top and her response was that is the way it should be. Adding insult to a terrible haircut.

I am visiting from NC and wanted to get a new hairstyle. My hair is usually pretty difficult to cut/style correctly, since it is partly curly and partly straight. Lauren took her time and made sure to cut only what was necessary to get rid of damage and create a good style, so I kept most of the length like I wanted. Sincerely wish I could move here, because this is the kind of service I hope for. The pricing is amazing for the level of care I received.
