The Grill

My 5 friends and I were looking for a good place to eat near Sugarhouse. The Grill came through in a great way. This will now be our spot when we're in Philly. These other comments are isolated incidents. These entrepreneurs are running a 24 hour delivery service, with a 20 mile radius. I had the mushroom and Swiss burger with fries. The fires were dynamite, the burger was cooked to perfection, and Pat's customer service was phenomenal. I'll be back. We'll be back.

If it was even remotely possible to do id give a complete no star. By far the worst experience. The manager was alright to talk to. Counter person never knew what order i was referring to after ive called 5 times and by the 6th time finally got somewhere. When i ordered my food ar 2:30The price of the food would have been fine had it been at my house the confirmed time not 15mims before yall close. And the driver was beyond high as hell so already know why my food was cold asf and 2-3hours behind. Trifiling , have no sauces for my food nothing was right. Like so ready to pack all this back up and leave it right on their property. Keep the money cause yall clearly needed it.

If i could give no freaking. Stars i would !!!!!!! We got there and with in five min the bar tenders were to busy trying to impressing the men that they couldn’t do their jobs ! Then we decided to leave within the first ten min and they wouldn’t give us our money back ! Also they were telling people a different price per person what it cost to get in i heard prices from 2-20 dollars within the first ten min there . They are so unprofessional and if you can avoid it please do it and save your life ! Trash i repeat trash !!

Ordered delivery from them on a weeknight, waited over an hour from the time they said they would deliver. When we called, they promised that they were 10-15 minutes away and it wasn't delivered after we had waited nearly two extra hours. Our order was cancelled because the driver "ran out of gas". We will not be ordering from this place again. A waste of our money and our business.

Waited over an hour and a half for the food and then the driver got mad at me when I didn't tip when their delivery charge was outrageous. This is terrible, would not order again. And their food is not even worth it. Stale fried and cold cheese. Never ever will order again.

i ordered food from here yesterday and they did not deliver 2 of my menus and the fries were soggy and the burger was not cooked as how i asked them to. Delivery was also 20 minutes late. I think their night service is seriously terrible and i don't think i should be getting this type of service after paying 12 dollars delivery fee and 6 dollars tip

I ordered from this place and they never delivered my food. The worse part about it was I ordered late at night and once I realized they weren't coming, It was too late to order from anywhere else so I had to starve until dawn. I called to inquire about my food and no one picked up. This place is very unprofessional....I regret not reading the reviews before ordering from them off Grubhub.

If i could give this deliver boul a 0 Stars i would, i ordered at 2am and it's now 5:09 am. called the place multiple times, and they said 20 mins multiple times. never showed up!

Stinking like ass! So we walk in and instead of smelling hookah or even the food that was supposed to be cooking it smelled like ass.. the crowd was super thin and we'd heard it was a happening scene.. it wasn't.. I drove from South Jersey and I was irked..

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THE NIGHT MANAGER DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I ORDERED MY FOOD AT 2:36AM AND WAITED PATIENTLY UNTIL 4AM WHEN MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY ORDER, THESE RETARDED INDIVIDUALS DID NOT START MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY DID NOT HAVE THE BEVERAGES I ORDERED. THIS IS PISS POOR MANAGEMENT AND A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WAS ABOUT TO PAY AN $8 DELIVERY FEE AND THESE IDIOTS DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO EVEN CALL TO APOLOGIZE. I ABSOLUTELY AM DISGUSTED BY THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I HOPE THEY BURN TO THE GROUND.
