The Fresh Grocer of Monument Road

One of my best food shopping experience. My checkout line Cashier was the best! Young man store employee assisted with finding me a power chair and self checkout young man assisted me with my bags to the car. I am so grateful for the kindness and help from each one of your employees.

I always love and appreciate this supermarket. The employees are always very respectful and helpful. The motorized carts are always available . I am handicapped and need one so I really appreciate the store for them. Also the shelves are always stocked

NUMBER ONE STORE TO SHOP AT: ALWAYS CLEAN, VARIETY OF COOKED FOODS, LIQUOR, SALES ETC., I ALWAYS SPEND QUALITY TIME AT THIS STORE, THEIR CAKES ARE TO DIE FOR, SO ORDER YOU ONE!! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!! THEY IN WEST PHILLY USED TO COOK YOUR SEAFOOD FOR YOU, NOW THEY DON'T!!! SO I GO WHERE THEY DO AND I'M SATISFIED, THE BEST MARKET IN THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA MOST EVERYBODY WILL TELL YOU THAT:

*This is the Only Market that I've been to that u have to stand in line to tell the seafood clerk what u want get a slip then stand in a long line pay for ur seafood 1st then come back to there department to look for a staff person to fix it. No one wants it after all of this! And to have to look for a staff person to give me the food I paid for ANNOYING *Old food out on the shelves that should be donated I will not be shopping at this market again! It's disrespectful if the market was in another area They Would Dare Not! I will leave it as that because we all know better! And I encourage other to not support this store until they do better with the service they provide!

Nice market. Fresh fruits, produce, baked goods and meats. Cooked foods and sandwiches. Nice cleans store, staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommends.

It's better than nearby Target and way better then any ACME but not as good as a decent Giant and oh yes you are paying just as much as you would at a ACME. Oh and they had half a dozen dead carts locked by people trying to take them just left in a pile in front of the store

I had a craving for shell peanuts l was a first time shopper at that supermarket. I was so confused about the area for shell peanuts l went to check out and ask Sophia where can l find it she was very short with me this was 5:30 pm the manager on duty was so nice and helpful.

It's all right and what made it special a lady came to indetrees and ask her sup and gave me a bottle of orange juice.,my Suger was dropping May GOD keep and con bless him and family.thank you sooooooo much you saved a life that day.ill never forget that and I'll will return there.

No hand baskets for customers. Shopping carts only. Clerk told me it was because of COVID. So, let me get this straight, you can catch COVID from a hand basket, but not from a shopping cart..huh? Meanwhile they've got paying customers walking around their store juggling food in their arm pits. Terrible shopping experience!

I like to purchase the hot Chinese food. Fresh Grocer offers reasonable sales. This location is neat and clean. However, some of the staff need to focus on uplifting the youth that works there than to nitpick them. There is one young manager who I believe is awesome because she gives them a chance. It's unfortunate that she isn't around more often due to being a multiple stores.
