The Buckle

After multiple issues with the management of this store I’ve decided to leave a review in hopes the leadership will improve their customer relations. In the past few months I have had issues with multiple clothing items from this store including needing to have a button replaced three times as each time it was not fixed correctly. Then again today after I was told to bring in another item for the threads falling out in two different locations, I was met with a simple statement from the assistant manger of - it’s past 60 days so we no longer do anything.

In this store today I have had the most bitter experience that a human being can have, being scammed as a thief without having convincing evidence against me, I will describe poor customer service and also disrespect to the consumer... I'm super angry..

John was the most helpful & generous person that I have met. He went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and made the experience great

Kayla is by far the absolute best represntative of anything that i have ever come across and I travel for work. This girl went above and beyond. Great personality, great attitude, fantastic product knowledge and phenomenal work ethic. Im really surprised to see someone so young with all of these traits. No idea what she makes selling clothes but she could sell anything to anyone and make it look fun and easy.

Just called the store to ask if they had certain shoes and I was helped by Gabino He was very helpful and nice!!

Best buckles ever! Ask for Steve...or let him come to you. This guy is the man! He helped me so much and he constantly came to check up on me. He also always had a smile and greeted everyone with a hand shake and asked what your name was. The service is great and the other employees are very happy to help. I really recommend this place! Best place to buy clothes .

Vanna and Yanna? were so helpful and kind. They listened to what I was looking for, helped make suggestions, and brought me additional options to the dressing room. All around awesome and genuine customer service.

The staff here were awesome, met a fellow Californian named Luke. Cool af dude. But Natalie though, went way above and beyond when I walked in that door. From that bubbly hello and busting out boxes and boxes of shoes for me to try. I loved the ones she and Luke recommended, walked in them for 5 hours today, they're perfect. Seriously this girl needs a raise even though she totally shot me down with the "I have a boyfriend" line. I'll be back for the service and to make sure she still has that "boyfriend."

The employee's at this location were the best customer service I have ever had. I personally didn't buy anything but my brother was assisted with his purchase.

They have the best clothes and jeans the customer service is above and beyond we got all our shopping done in on stop
