TE Certified Electricians, Heating & Cooling

TE Electricians came highly recommended by a friend who recently had them install a whole house generator. Since I was looking into possibly doing the same thing I gave them a call, after consulting a couple of other companies. When Russ came to look at the job I immediately had a very good impression of the company. He was polite, knowledgeable, wore shoe covers to enter the house, gave me a couple of options for what I was trying to accomplish and was able to provide me with a detailed estimate of the cost of the job before leaving. After a few phone conversations to clarify some of the details I made my decision to go with a whole-house generator and decided to give them the job because Russ really made me feel like "everything is going be done right and I am going to be happy". The install went smoothly, and they were in and out in one day. Jorge was very helpful too, and even though I don't remember the names of all the guys that were out here working, they all worked very professionally like a team. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

Sherman Green - Best in the Industry! Sherman Green has helped me multiple times and always thinks of the customer first. He understands the needs of the client and is a true electrical specialist. He is also very respectful and a very nice person. I recommend him highly! This is a follow up from a year and a half ago and he remembered everything about the house and did an excellent job. He is a kind, intelligent, and respectful person that knows exactly what he is doing on the job. Thanks again and I highly recommend him!

Joaquin supplied me with a better option for lighting than I had originally planned. He guided me through a building change-out and helped my office become more efficient without causing me to spend additional money that was budgeted for the practice. He was very professional, neat & organized and caused absolutely no distractions in our office. TE Certified Electricians have always supplied superior service with outstanding customer service. I would not even think of using another company.

We had TE Electricians out to install a whole house surge protector. Setting the appointment was very easy. And they were willing to give a general quote by email before sending someone out for a visit since it was a standard service. Not a technical problem. I really appreciated that because most places won't offer prices until you let someone come to your home. I don't like wasting other people's time. So finding out we could afford their services before a visit was very important to us. We also had a $50 off coupon we could use that they honored. The tech, Kyle, was on time and called on his way over. He was at our house for just under one hour and the job was done. Very nice, professional. Would highly recommend their services. I also found their price to be very reasonable.

Doug was fantastic. He called to let me know what time he was coming and arrived exactly when he said he would which isn't easy in Atlanta traffic. He was knowledgeable about old wiring and did not try to sell anything I didn't need. And I got three outlets for the price of two. I will definitely use them again and recommend TE Certified Electricians, Heating and Cooling to anyone.
