I was visiting Charlotte back in July and heard that I should try Sweat cycle. I signed up online for a class at 5:30am on a Tuesday morning and I have to say it was the best spinning class I've ever taken. We don't have anything like it in Upstate NY where you ca do spinning and get a full body work out with weights. Our instructor, Caitlin Farley, was amazing and super motivating. She kept the beats going and kept us motivated. Honestly the best spinning class I've ever taken!
