This place was a lot of fun. The bowling experience was great, the food was ok, the bar was stocked well enough, and the other games were actually pretty good!

We made reservations, the place is clean, with a nice atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised the food was great! We did have an issue but the managers Leah and Brad stepped right in to help. Lately good customer seem hard to come by, but they were amazing

Family fun time or not! I took my family of 4 out for some fun the staff was friendly and the price seemed right. Well we bowled about 3 games and I couldn't believe I paid over $150 just for 3 games. It was fun but not worth the fee. Go where its cheaper so u can actually spend more money for more rounds and lots of food. This place is just not worth it!

Good place for bowling but for food the staff is rude as hell!! It’s happened to me twice now!! Once I ordered wings it was extremely salty, when I asked the staff they said we can’t do anything we get it frozen and we just serve them!! And being said it was extremely salty they charged us even though we couldn’t eat them!! And then it happened again when I ordered loaded nachos there was like 2 small pieces of meat on it and when I told them they took it back and told us that’s all the meat we give!! And she didn’t even bring the food back to us and we were charged again!! So over all place for bowling and game is good but dinning there is one of the worst ideas ever. Would recommend people not to eat there!!

Even if you make a reservation you will still have a long wait. We walked in and were told that it would be a 45 minute wait. Waited for nearly two hours before finally leaving. Took 25 minutes to even get a bartender to get a drink. There was several open lanes but they claimed they needed to clean them before moving groups but never cleaned them. Disappointed by the lack of motivation by anyone there. Bunch of drunk people started bowling in the lanes without starting a game.

We got there shortly after they opened, had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the desk. We were then told each game was $7.95, we were actually charged $10. The bar service was horrible, no bartender behind the bar the majority of the time and they were out of almost every beer on tap. We were highly disappointed in the service.

Absolutely fabulous! Had a party there and the food and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so nice and so helpful and catered to our every need. Can’t wait to go back!!

Great environment and very friendly staff! My time spent at the Bowlero was wonderful. Keep up the exceptional service team!! I look forward to my second visit!!

Quite a pleasure it is to bowl and such a clean and fun environment at Bowlero in Matthews General manager Lee and his staff are extremely friendly outgoing well organized and motivated employees they really care about people having a very positive experience always willing to go beyond so that people can have a good time in a clean and pleasant environment hats off to Lee and his entire staff

$210 for 2 people for 2 hours of bowling is insane. I had hopes of trying this place. Definitely scratched off of our list now.
