Stater Bros. Markets

I've been going to this Stater Bros for 7 years and have never had a negative experience. The store is always clean, well stocked, always organized, and good working shopping carts available. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and seem to genuinely care about everyone in the store and our needs.

i really like coming here a lot since i live so close to the store but i caught one of their meat workers recording me as i was shopping for diapers. i did let the managers know but no one never gave me a call back about it or anything, pretty disgusting to have workers like that there and i haven’t been back since.

This Stater Bros. market is definitely is my preferred location to visit for my grocery needs. Every visit to this Stater Bros. location has been pleasant and relaxing. I have never had a reason to complain about anything at this location as of yet. But anybody who visits this location will notice the cleanliness and professionalism from the employees who work hard there everyday to make the store presentable for us the customers and our shopping experience. great job to all the employees work so hard every day at the Stater Bros. location.

Too many customers without masks or under the nose mask wearers. Not safe during a pandemic. Update...7-2022 Still about the same, good prices but still too many unmasked customers and employees unmasked during a resurgent pandemic for my comfort. 1-2023 Still about the same really, good prices but probably 80 to 90% of the people there were not masked up, perhaps it's just the Inland Empire? I think L.A. County is much more considerate.

Heidi, the manager followed me and my boyfriend outside the store and recorded/took photos of my car as we were leaving today around 10:50-11:00 a.m. I believe she thought I was stealing but, the only thing I touched in that store was a pre-cooked chicken that I put back shortly after because I didn’t know there was seasoning on it. Being a worker in retail I know she did not follow policies because you’re not suppose to deal with people who you think are stealing like that. I called the store soon after to speak to someone about the incident and was hung up on after asking to speak with the manager on duty. I called back again and my call was completely avoided and forwarded. I have filed a complaint directly to the supervisor and would not recommend this store to anyone unless they want to be made uncomfortable and have their picture taken.

They didn't have the jalapeno cheddar bread when I went but that's okay because they still have the stuffed jalapenos in the meat department

The best place to shop for groceries! I saw someone post that they were paying $7.00 a. Pound for chicken breasts while at the same time at Staters, I paid $1.49. Don't know where they shop, but it should be Stater Bros.

David, Jocelyn, Augustina, and Evelyn Are Awesome!! I Had Lost My Phone and They Did Everything They Could To Find It. Karma Was Around Because The Phone Amazingly Came Back To The Store and They Hold It Until I Got Back Which I Was Looking For An AT&T Store at The Time. Cashier was so pleasant, the manager that came by was pleasant the bagger a young lady was pleasant. On my day off they actually made it better just by being so warm.

Be careful not to ask too many questions The registered workers do not like when you ask them any questions The last time I was in there I was wondering what was going on so I asked the lady does everybody have to wear masks mandatory again and she had told me what's up with the 20 questions equations with the big old attitude I'll make sure I get her names like I put it on here as well but that was kind of rude I was just wondering what was going on after she had demanded one of the bad boys to put his mask on
