Sprouts Farmers Market

This Sprouts Market is not the biggest nor the cleanest within the Sprouts chain that I have patronized. And the personnel here are sufficiently friendly, but not as noticeably friendly and helpful as in other Sprouts that I've shopped. This store is following health and safety standards as established by the state of Nevada. Masks and distancing are mandated, and the employees do wear gloves. But there appears to be something lacking in this particular store that other Sprouts have. If I were to guess, I would say it's mostly due to the staff, which somehow tends to be less friendly, happy, and willing to offer help and assistance. Unlike other Sprouts Stores where you get a "hello" and a smile when you walk-in, you don't when you walk into this store. The store's location may have something to do with the employee-customer interaction. I can't blame the store, but many people are milling about panhandling just outside the store entrance. These people may be causing the overall sense for employees not to be as friendly. As I've always said, it is the people of a business that sets them apart from the competition. That said, this store has what other Sprouts have; it is relatively clean, and I can't find anything particularly wrong, so this three-star review is appropriate.

I normally do not shop at Sprouts. However, this Sprouts is right by my dog sitter, so I come in here specifically to pick up their pre made salads. Their salads are fresh, great quality and good portions. I prefer them than any grocery store. Sprouts is the best for pre made salads. They also gave fresh fruits and vegetables at a fair price. It’s a good size store easy to find exactly what you are looking without having to wander around a huge grocery store. The cashiers are always friendly. They also have great healthy snacks to choose from as well as their variety selections of teas and juices.

Probably one of the worst sprouts stores ever. Came in to buy eggs. Thought they were 4.49 because that’s the price where about 20 cartons were stocked at. Went up to the register and they rang up at 5.99. The lady was super rude and was like “think again they’re organic” So I went and took a picture of the 4.49 eggs where I pulled them from and they were stocked at and a guy was stocking at and went back and showed her. She still wouldn’t do my price adjustment. Seriously!!! Sprouts can’t lose 3.00 for two packs of eggs. I wasn’t asking for much. Never had a problem with the store until today. Gives me more reason to not shop here. Absolutely horrible customer service.

The variety in bread, veggies, fruits, nuts and the freshness associated makes this place standout from the rest of the places. There is ample space between the aisles and overall the place looks airy and bright. Very close to the main road, easily accessible and reasonable on the pocket as well.

This is one of the cleanest and most well organized stores I have ever been in. The people who work here are great help if you need it. The products offered here are of the highest quality, and the variety is amazing. If you are health conscious, this is your store. Super good experience, and I purchased a food donation bag because I appreciate the fact that they are charitable and caring. Great job . Obviously management here is awesome . I highly recommend you try them out.

Great selections through-out. Amazingly personable, professional, and helpful staff ever. I did not get everyone's name but Ben started the greatest attempt at assisting that I have ever experiences. Before I knew it, 4 others deli, managers. Etc. were searching the store and following me with the 'find'. Thank You!!!! Today Nathaniel, Cashier was pleasant and professional and engaged with me asking my needs and preferences for packing the bags. Please thank them all. BTW, I am out of state CA visiting in a store I was unfamiliar with. Now you are my go to market in Vegas.

I love this store and shop frequently, however, the "service animal" people bringing pets that hike their leg on end caps needs to end. Something needs to be done about this since it's a health food store. It's too common for an untrained dog to be at this store and is dangerous for those that have necessary guide dogs.

The employees here seem really overworked and overwhelmed. Sprouts is a cool chain. I even appreciate that they have a couple locations like this one in a hood kinda neighborhood... But the employees here need some sunshine and happiness in their lives. Felt super bad for the guy at the deli. He didn't even want to talk. But the supervisor seemed to just be piling more work on his back. I just wanted a sandwich... I didn't think I was being a nuisance. But the dude was overwhelmed and felt disturbed. Great sandwiches... Just sad to see someone be mistreated and abused due to being understaffed.

I did not find what I was truly looking for but the staff were very knowledgeable able how to use the herbs and spices they did carry and had a array of gift baskets for casual dining at a friends!

Love the products they make a smoked gouda that is to die for, and the service is always great, especially at the deli and butcher counters. I suggest the security guard ask people to leave their backpacks with the cashiers, rather than follow them through whole store though...
