Sports Den

FANTASTIC customer service! Went to Sports Den for new AT Boots. Great selection and very knowledgeable about fitting. Mike spent LOTS of time helping me fit my finicky foot. They’ve done a great job working with me to fine tune the fit. They also went above and beyond to get some bindings (they don’t normally carry) and did a rush mount so we could make our flight to JAX.

I had an issue with my rear rockshox where it was stuck in the down position and wouldn't return regardless of how much air you put into it. I ended up taking the shock apart myself, but it got jammed with the cartridge open. I was unable to fix it myself so I took the shock into 'Sports Den". I left it over night with them and they fixed the problem quickly and let me know that it was just a seal that had been pushed out. They were knowledgeable and very helpful with all my questions. Rode the bike the past 2 days and no issues! I will 100% be back to buy from these guys.

I bought a pair of high performance Fischer RC4 boots from The Sports Den late last season. I knew the boot I wanted and didn't ask for fitting advice, after all it's a vacuum boot right. Ugh, the boot was precise, but totally uncomfortable. A couple days ago I went back, hat in hand, and asked for a proper fitting. It took two visits, a re-vacuuming and a liner cutting but today was "bliss". I could not be happier!

I went to Sports Den to get my snowboard waxed and tuned here before my big weekend trip to Jackson Hole. My board was returned to me missing one of the binding gas pedals (crucial piece!). I wasted hours on the mountain and $126 on demos so I could have a board to ride over the weekend. The store manager, Mike eventually admitted they LOST the crucial piece to my binding and agreed to cover the cost of the board demos. However, he refused to refund the money spent on the wax and tune up because he insisted they still performed the work even though my equipment was returned RUINED. I explained to him he is doing the BARE MINIMUM necessary. He essentially eluded that he is fine with that. What an awful place and terrible experience!! If planning to purchase ski boots here I recommend having Muskie fit you. He was great and had a lot of experience. Don’t mess around buying ski boots without a good fitter.
