South Beach Apartments

Solid apartments. Could use some updating. Guest parking is nearly non-existent

It's a nice place. The staffis friendly and willing to help with disputes and other issues. They are very personal and it's comforting most of the time. I hate the tow company that tows cars with expired tags. Kinda lame but it makes sense. My real issue is with the other people living here. Most of them are pretentious, petulant, jerks. I almost always get the cops or office called on me for carrying my unloaded, bolts opened gun to my car. Im not pointing it at anyone or anything but the ground and im not running out of my house like an operator. my car is right next to my back door so someone with no life is starring out their window just making complaints constantly.

I love everything about living at South Beach Apartments. The managers are amazing and so helpful.

Terrible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE They do not care about their residents. They don't fix issues. They don't care about complaints. They just try to take as much from you until you can leave! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Full of bugs! Office has done little to fix the problem.
