Skirack Service and Rental

Wow - talk about service!! My “some assembly required” bike for my daughter's birthday showed up less assembled than it should have been. Not only did the mechanic get me in when he was already behind on orders, but he identified a safety issue with a broken brake caliper and fixed that too. It was the first warm spring Friday in New England, so you can imagine how busy the shop was. He took the extra time, looked out for my kiddo’s safety, and made her birthday a great experience. I already shop there for skiing equipment and clothing, but they earned my loyalty for my cycling needs as well

I was so impressed that right after I bought a bike at the bike swap, the service department was able to make small repairs and adjustments right on the spot. The person who worked on my bike was incredibly efficient and honest about what I really needed and did not need yet. Much appreciated!

Once again, Skirack did a great job tuning my bike this spring. I love that they never try to up sell you or get you to buy a service that you don't need. They will continue to be the place I bring my bike!
