Sing It Or Wing It

This place was so much fun! It was Christmas Eve and a lot of places were closed. We were hungry, cold, and looking for something fun to do as it was my parents last night in Chattanooga before heading back to Indiana. The staff was friendly and a blast! At first we weren't so sure about doing karaoke but it ended up being a blast and we were a good entertainment for other customers who came in and for the staff! Definitely want to go back!

Usually it's a pretty good time but went for my step daughters graduation to celebrate & after sitting for 30 min without a menu or drinks offered we over heard the supposed server, Angelica, tell the bar tender " I don't want to f@#$ with them". Very poor service & sad how lazy some people are that they just don't want to do their job! Here's the bs response I got:     I apologize you did. It have a good experience tonight at Sing It or Wing It.  I can assure you that i will discuss this incident and handle it accordingly.        Angelica is a good server and I am shocked that something of this magnitude would happen. That is not like her.      Again, I apologize your family had a bad experience. I know we are very busy this evening and trying to serve everyone. Sincerely, Gina Bennett Owner

My wife loves it here- and I love her; so it gets stars. The staff treat her like gold; truth. The food is actually pretty good. I cannot in good conscience give 5 stars due mainly to the bathroom. I can only speak for the guy's, but holy cow. It needs a remodel badly. Gut it and rebuild. It is a bit jarring, and I have a fairly high tolerance for such things. I will revisit this review if/when the restroom upgrades. Overall, it is an okay experience. I noted my wife loves it, so that makes me biased. But not for her I would not be back- based solely on the trainwreck of a bathroom.

Karaoke was fun but the food was horrible. Don't bother ordering a Philly cheese steak, there's a reason they're a wingery and nothing else. Rude waitress who was completely unwilling to help so I had to demand to see the manager who was at least somewhat helpful. $40 for two meals and terrible service, music so loud it was more like a club than a restaurant, no thanks. I won't be back.

Oh my god, where do I begin. Apart from people getting a bit too drunk, this place is beyond amazing. The food, top notch. Drinks were excellent. No complaints, never ordered anything I didn't like. The staff was hilarious, quick, and friendly yet never in the way or overbearing. In fact, they're very helpful and try to watch out for you. The karaoke itself draws from a very talented pool of vocalists from the surrounding area of Chattanooga. The DJ's still make you look bad, but are very modest ;) thanks for singing with me! :D If you're in town and have a night off, this is the absolute best place to be and first place to try if you enjoy karaoke.
