Sheridan Street Tri-Rail Station

Not a bus for a family with kids seats uncomfortable and layovers are entirely too long the Orlando Station bathrooms are dirty and smells horrible not to travel this bus for long trips

The cleaning and no bathroom at the station keep a good flow traffic of people

It was quick,pleasant,air-conditioed with saftey belts.I enjoyed the trip but had no oppurtunity to converse eith agents and drivers.

Pretty good bus stop. There's 4 benches with rain shelters, plus a couple more without shelters. Close proximity to I-95, and Tri-Rail which also means good shelter from weather there as well. McDonald's is close by if you need a quick bite to eat. Access to 95 Express, Megabus, and route 12 buses.

Customer service Moses assist me with a trade in reservation that I had no idea how to do since it was my very first time changing my original reservation. He walked me through the steps patiently with compassion and understanding. Definitely need more Customer service Rep like Moses.
