WORST EXPERIENCE!! WHERE DO I BEGIN.... OK, I DECIDED TO TRANSFER TO A NEW CLINIC AND MEDICAL RECORD CLERK TONYA CALLED TO INFORM THERE WAS A $37 FEE FOR MEDICAL RECORDS TO BE SENT TO ANOTHER CLINIC. MY JOB IS ROI & I HAVE A DEGREE IN HEALTH INFO TECH & ITS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT WHEN TRANSFERRING CARE THE PATIENT IS NOT SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR THEIR RECORDS BUT NOT AT SGF-ATLANTA!! IT'S SAD THEY TRY AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PATIENTS. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY HERE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. CHECKOUT ASPIRE FERTILITY; THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD WAS LAST YEAR WHEN I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TREATMENT. HAD TO COME INTO THE OFFICE OF A SUNDAY FOR LABS ETC... & WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT I MADE SMALL TALK TO THE FRONT DESK CLERK & SHE TOLD ME HAVING KIDS WAS OVER RATED!? I WAS IN DISBELIEF WHAT JUST CAME OUT HER MOUTH.. I GUESS IT'S OVER RATED FOR HER. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ISN'T TRAIN WELL. AGAIN I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME AT THIS CLINIC.

I have seen dr.namnoum for a couple years now and she truly is the most kind hearted doctor I have ever met! She treated me like I was her only patient even though I know she sees so many. I was diagnosed with pcos and she has been the best dr for me and my husband and has worked so hard with us so we could achieve our dreams of being parents. She has been encouraging, educational, and so kind during our entire journey and has helped us achieve our biggest dreams of being parents after years of infertility! We are expecting identical twins and we are so thankful for dr namnoum and our amazing nurse Dawn and Tracy who have helped us along the way. Also, the ladies who draw blood are amazing as well. We will forever be grateful for shady grove Atlanta and dr namnoums team for all the help and encouragement they have shown us during the years of being patients! They really are the best! Can’t wait for our babies to meet them this fall! We love you guys and will always speak highly of your office. You guys are truly an answered prayer!!!!

Dr Perloe and the rest of his team are wonderful. We have been to other places with no success. SGF treated us like one of the family. Personal service with compassion, It only it makes sense that we were bless with our first child after 9 yrs of going to the wrong Doctors. SGF, The whole staff is mind boggling perfect!!!! BTW we are having another child due late 2018!! Love you guys!! Your expertise has given my wife and I a beautiful girl and now we’re gonna have a boy:)

I have been working with GRS since 2015. My Main Doctor is Dr.McCarthy-Keith whom I was referred to by my OBGYN that helped her conceive! Everyone that I have came in contact with is very supportive with preparing for IVF. When my Doctor was out Dr.Perloe assisted another Doctor (Lady/2years ago) with my HSG and they were sooo Awesome to work with as well. If you call after 3pm, it states on the recording your calls will be returned the following day. Nurse Rita is Awesome! There has been times when they contacted me back after those hours to answer my questions or concerns! I have been to ACRM and consulted with a few other IVF institutes but, it's not the same as GRS. I have not had any issues with unexpected bills, If you do receive an additional bill... sometimes the labs send you a separate bill from your Dr bills that you will have to pay. My Husband and I are finally Financially ready to move forward in 2018 with procedure by the Grace of God! We are sooo excited ! Good luck to you All! God Bless!

Dr. MK was amazing! She was very supportive the whole way and explained the process. We were fortunate enough to get pregnant on our first FET. The nurses were also supportive and always willing to answer any questions.
