Shades of Pale Brewery

It is a wonderful local brewery! My coworkers and I frequent the place a few times a month for after work socialization. Their plum belinervice is out favorite beer that they have. I would recommend it! The staff is friendly and they love what they do. They also have special events and beer yoga from time to time.

These folks need to try a little harder. Went in for a six pack of double trouble which is good beer. The guy brought out the sixer, rung it up and I was on my way. Got home and there were none of the double trouble and a mix of others. My bad I guess for not checking but should I have to? Pretty expensive even for Utah at $16 for 6 12pz. bottles. IPA tastes like home brew; over fermented. Moral of the story is check your six pack before paying.

Entrance is a little around the side next to a loading dock on Utopia. Looks sketch, but part of the industrial appeal. Nice surprise once inside. Excellent beer including 10% double trouble. Great place! Nice staff.

It was super crowded, so there wasn't much seating, but I get the sense that was because they were doing a pop up restaurant inside the brewery. Had a couple beers that were good. They were out of the to flavors I was hoping to try, but the overall vibe of the place was good. Will try again when it's not so crowded

Had an absolutely great time. The beer was fantastic and the raclette very good. The service was great and the people there make you feel right at home.
