They need to have a better way to board the train. You have to be part mountain goat to climb the steps to get on board! Especially in an area with a lot of seniors. Trains are ALWAYS late whether you are coming or going. Inside clerks are very nice

This is a great station a real piece of American history, train was on time with typical easy boarding. Its not an airplane
