The communication throughout the project was excellent which is very important to me. Chris, Chad, Anna & Lorraine were all very timely and helpful in our phone and email discussions. The finished screened-in porch looks great and is a much better design than what we had before. The crew see photo were very pleasant, professional, and did a great job of installing the porch and explaining their work which I'm always curious to learn more. One highlight was Screen Medic's coordination with my under-decking contractor. We met together on-site to finalize the plan and there was cross over time between the installers to ensure details were known. I would highly recommend using Screen Medic.

Screen Medic did a fantastic job replacing the screens on my 3-season porch. They carefully removed boards so I could re-stain the wood and returned a week later to replace the boards and add new screen. They were prompt, courteous, and organized! I think they did excellent work and have great customer service! Highly recommend Screen Medic.

The crew of Screen Medic showed up at our house looking like some Navy Seals preparing for a top secret assignment. Or at least to battle the Predator. All kidding aside, the fellas that came out to our house did an absolute outstanding job on the screen for our back deck porch. They were true professionals in every sense of the word. The Screen Medic crew did an amazing job for us. Our location was remote. They drove up and installed a significant project in the middle of a construction boom. We needed to have a portion of the installation redone, and they immediately returned on the weekend to get it completed before the weather turned. In a world where service is hard to find, we recommend Screen Medic without hesitation.

Screen medics are timely, and very good at what they do. My kids put a Golf ball through the neighbors window screen. We decided to call Screen Medics and did not regret it a bit. The screen is now replaced and our neighbor is happy. Great job!

Screen Medic did a full house window screen replacement for us. Communication was great from requesting a quote to installation. They made adjustments to the screen design to allow for a better fit in the wooden window frames. We're very happy with the new screens.
