I went in I was looking for a bleach the lady at the counter asked me if she could help me and said it as if she was annoyed) I said no and walked off I then about 10 mins later asked her to help me find a blonde that would go with my skin tone I explained that I get really dark in the summer and don't want to look like a oompa loompa she then rudely said you're not dark your white look at my skin tone I'm dark. I'm sorry, but I don't really go tanning in a booth, I prefer natural sun and ITS WINTER ALMOST EVERYONE IS "WHITE" in the winter!!! She has red dyed hair she's about 5'7" and draws on her eyebrows SHES RUDE!

I just used Google Hangout to call this store and it worked perfectly. The product I wanted was in stock and is being held for me when I'm in Portland next week. Great experience with sales person and Google Hangout.
