Saint Bernard

I came in today to get professionally fitted for ski boots and get my skis + bindings mounted. Alex was my bootfitter and he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, including doing custom footbeds and a heated shell fit per my own request. All said and done I was very thankful to have a dedicated specialist work with me for *two hours* to make sure everything was set up and done correctly. I'd recommend this Saint Bernard to any skier looking to get bootfitting or ski work done in Texas. Lastly I'd like to specifically point out and thank Alex for his attention to detail and willingness to deal with my many questions and requests.

Horrible customer service. Don't leave anything on hold that is last in stock or the rudest sales associate Kerrie/Cary/Keri will sell it while you're gone for 40 minutes. She'll also follow you around the store. Really disappointed by this treatment and will not be returning.

I called St Bernard and asked them if they would mount skis if I supplied the skis and bindings, and they told me yes. Lo and behold once I drive to the store, and carry my skis in, they tell me I can't unless I buy some upsold Salomons from them. Either their employees and management are idiots or they think their customers are, or both. In any case, I won't recommend this store - if you need ski stuff just go to a place near mountains.

St. Bernard is a must stop shop for anything and everything outdoors. With a wide array of industry leading brands available, you are sure to find something that will fit whatever adventure you’re shopping for. All staff is helpful and knowledgeable, offering insight to the brands that are carried as well as suggestions for the applications that they are created for. The accessories counter, which is why I stopped in during this specific visit, has a great selection of sunglasses. In this case, they carry the Goodr brand which are great to pair with your outdoor activities like hiking or running.

Best selection in houston for ski/snowboard gear. Houston and they price match. Mia in the snow/ski section will get you set up with what you need. Knowledgeable & friendly.

Beautiful store but my only comment would be direct to those employed as "sales people" if you're working for an hourly wage and commision based ex. 9% of your sales you're doing yourself huge disservice, w/huge margins & working for $20 an hour not in your best interest no matter the company handbook might state. I guarantee you those employed at Bergdorf - Goodman aren't hourly employees, selling $1,000 tee shirts! LOL Be smart folks!!!

Wow. My worst retail nightmare experience came to life. It was my first time in this store, and I was excited about the complimentary cold brew that they provide to their clients. As I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman and I was feeling good so far. Before I headed to the brew station, I tried on a few hats that caught my eye. I even took pictures because they looked so good, I actually wanted to purchase one. BUT After my experience with Libby, belittling my coworker and I when we asked for a COMPLIMENTARY cold brew, she made it a point to say they these were for “paying customers only”. Not knowing that I was actually interested in purchasing a $240 hat, out of the whim. I can’t help to think that because my friend and I are of Latin descent, that she treated us differently than she would a white client. Not only am I no longer purchasing this fabulous hat, I will no longer step foot in a place that treat minorities differently. As a retail partner in the center, I am disappointed in the level of customer service and disrespect and will think twice before sending my clients to this location.

Great selection but staff ignores you on purpose and forgets to get items you ask for. You have to find or search for someone to help you or give you a fitting room if you don’t look right. Horrible service. I have bought lots of things from there but always hesitate to buy more than absolutely necessary due to rudeness of sales people.
