A surprising hidden gem. For a relatively small shop they actually have quite the assortment of health and natural foods. If you are looking for a specific item that the local Safeway doesn't carry, odds are decent you might find it here. Prices are inline for natural and organic foods, which is to say a tad more than you'd find at a big national chain store. Overall, a very nice little store.

Love this place!  Nice people, and for such a small store, I am amazed at the selection. And they even have an ORGANIC PRODUCE section; not large, yet impressive.  The locally-grown certified-organic golden raspberries we're in-season (September) and a pleasant surprise.   :)

Did a book signing here.  Friendly staff.  Great selection of gluten free products.  I shop here whenever I am in town!

Small but nice health food store. Prices were reasonable and we got all we needed while visiting town

Great store with very knowledgeable staff, always friendly & helpful. I've found a few items in the store that are cheaper than local chains! Love the bulk spices, syrup, olive oil....bring your own jars & refill! The girl with the accent is really easy on the eyes as well.
