Very bad customer service, never felt so uncomfortable....and unwelcome DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE second hand dresses with prices as if they were brand new! Rude employees

I felt judged while trying on dresses, felt such a negative vibe since I walked in. Employees were looking down at us... store is well organized but employees are really rude not many selections to choose from! Need a training on how to have manners

Beautifully organized store but the staff is extremely rude! 2 family members and I traveled 40 minutes to get there just for them to tell us we needed an appointment. THEIR WEBSITE NEVER MENTIONED THAT. They finally agreed to let me try on 2 dresses (with an attitude) and one of the dresses was a little too small and the staff member that "helped" us loudly and rudely asked if I could take it off without ripping it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The staff was super nice and helpful.  You can look through the selection and pick some dresses. The lady who helped me also pulled some based on what i liked and didn't like about each dress. All the dresses are discounted, amount based on if the dress is  new or worn once.

If you’re looking for a wedding dress make Sabrina Ann your first stop! I had been to one other shop prior and had a horrible experience which left me dreading this process. As soon as I stepped foot inside I knew this was going to be an excellent experience and I was going to find my dress. Jenna Rose, a super friendly bridal consultant was so helpful and kind she was amazing and did not make us feel rushed. Everything we picked out was beautiful and I found my dress after only trying a few. Between the selection, prices, and customer service there’s really no competition. The website actually gives pricing where most shops do not and they are open select Sundays which is rare! Also a nice selection of accessories and jewelry.
