Bad service of this bus service. I happened to me 3 times that the bus is cancelled 5 minutes before the bus departure time and I had to wait for several hours for this issue to be resolved. This first time that this happened to me I was coming in a international flight after a long flight and I receive an email saying sorry for the inconvenience but for some reason we have to cancel your trip and reschedule for the next available hour 6 hours later than what it should be, and when I asked for the refund I wasn't able to get it to buy a flight because they wanted me to reschedule for the next available trip with them. This time the bus cancel 3 minutes before denaturing and the didn't offer me a full trip to Gainesvile, they offered me to Orlando so after there I had to look how to get to Gainesville. Really bad service and really bad costumer service had to wait 30 minutes for the guy to check my ticket. Very disappointment in red couch I always traveled with them, but this one is the last one.

I purchased a pass, The rep at the booth gave me a unlimited pass that is not valid, so when I tried to ride the bus for my commute it didn't work.

Bus drivers don't stop to pick people up when they need to. I've had to make over 12 complaints in over a year about bus drivers not stopping to pick others up. Third time this week alone bus driver 11A has passed me and others without stopping. Are you blind! I will spend more money on Uber then pay over $30 a month for a monlthy bus pass, because at least I will know Uber does their job. Unacceptable! Get new drivers who know what they are doing. Also alot of these drivers have serious attitude. Get yourself together. If someone ask a question their in no reason to snap. It has not happened to me yet, but I've seen other riders get attitude from drivers when asking for help. Unprofessional service, and when I call to speak to the supervisor they put me on hold for 5 mins and hangup. Really? Wow! Boycott RTS because it's the worst service in transportation hostory of Gainesville.
