Rainbow Stores

The staff here are so nice. I was trying to exchange but my receipt was a bit faded and they all made great efforts to help me. Only hope is for fitting rooms to open up. Other than that cute affordable store, clean and organized!

Able to find what we needed for reasonable prices and had a great selection as well. Store was clean and organized the workers really keep it together.

Huge selection of clothing at reasonable prices! Almost an overwhelming amount of clothing items and racks are placed so close together that browsing them without bumping into other clothing is difficult... Also, NO DRESSING ROOM to try things on. So while I love their wide selection, not being able to try any of it on before purchasing is annoying. Staff greets you but that's about it. 3 stars because I do like their prices and selection.

If I could give this location -13 stars I definitely would. They are unprofessional and refused to give me my money back after I purchased $50 worth of merchandise 3 days ago for a funeral with my VISA card. They are trying to force me to sign for a store credit card when that was not the original form of payment. The manager wouldn’t even come out the back to assist with this issue. She instead suggested the cashier contact the “computer room” which are remote. I’m about to be late for work and no one seems to care. This is against store policy and they need to be held accountable!!!!

Worst customer service ever ... The assistant manager told me as i walked in ' That i only had 5 minutes because she closest her register at exactly 9pm not to mentioned the doors were locked before 9.. A business is supposed to make you want to buy stuff not shutdown the sales. ON MY EXPERIENCE I CAN STAY LATE AS LONG AS I SALE MY ITEMS. See not all Assistant Managers think the Same. I worked in customer service before not to mentioned it's rude point period to tell people to hurry, she looked mad. Maybe the Assistant Manager its a Bit much... I walked to the counter and asked for the store number and the managers name and phone number... she got a pen and was about to write the info but was questioning and making comments about how we still had 3 minutes left she "quoted" "I know what this is about " I answered well if you know why you being so rude rushing people this is a business and ur customer service its horrible "She then said "How about I don't give you anything, And put the pen down , again for her to say "IM THE ASSISTANT MANAGER " girl you need way more experience in customer service... And smile more cuz The minute i stepped in it look like you had a overwhelming day.....

Wonderful staff and good shopping experience however the only thing that I did not like was they had a piece on the mannequin which I wanted to buy they refuse to take it down to sell it to me because they did not have it in the store I asked him why and they said it had to remain on the mannequin when I wanted to buy it and there was none stopped in the store so I asked them why was it displayed if there was none for sale I asked the salesperson why and she shrugged her shouldersand said she did not know so I just left

Always a nice selection but I think they really should consider adding rooms to the dressing room area. Its too big of a store with clothes for ALL size women and kids for just 3 rooms 1 often in use for storage cmon y'all? Otherwise a pleasant experience always.

I love shopping at Rainbow,They’re fashion is beautiful,Colorful,Stylish,Relax fitness,Comfortable,I have been wearing their clothing for over twenty years and I’ve bought so much,I can become a model for their brand,I would recommend them to anyone.

Employees were extremely rude, at the fitting rooms I couldn’t even try on my clothes comfortable because the lady was staring at me the whole time also when I was getting ready to pay I had to return a shirt and the lady asked me personal questions whom she had no business asking the shirt was perfectly fine, just how I bought I returned it. Very disturbing.
